If granted an ADA accommodation, how will my return-to-worksite date be determined?

A return-to-worksite date will be reviewed and determined on an individual basis, dependent on the nature of the accommodation. Generally, if a staff member's request is about an inability to be vaccinated, HCPSS anticipates that employee being out for the remainder of the school year. If the request is about an inability to work in-person until being vaccinated, the return-to-worksite date would be based on the employee's vaccination date.
