Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications for a posted position will be considered for interview opportunities. Those applicants whose experiences and qualifications most closely meet the needs of the school system and the position will be selected to interview. Invitations to interview will typically be extended by the school or office supervising the position.
Teacher applicants with a completed online employment application may visit our Recruiting Events webpage and register for any of our HCPSS Preliminary Interviews scheduled throughout the first half of the year. Interviews will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis until the allotted interview slots are filled. Additional preliminary interviews may be scheduled depending upon school system needs. Curriculum and Site Based Interviews are by invitation.
