What if I already have an account through PinPoint’s VaccineCheck service (e.g. I was invited to use the service through the county where I live or by my local health department)?

Prior to submitting vaccination information, staff who already have used PinPoint's VaccineCheck should email hcpss@pinpoint.us to notify them that you have an account. PinPoint’s support team will assist you with next steps.
