What if an employee refuses to submit to the HCPSS COVID-19 vaccine/testing requirement?

If a vaccinated employee does not wish to provide proof of vaccination, they will be treated as if they were unvaccinated and will need to be tested on a weekly basis. Any employee who is required to be tested and refuses to do so will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination.
