How do I request a salary lane change?

You should visit the HCPSS Staff Hub to access the Salary Lane Change Request form.  Completed forms should be emailed directly to your assigned Licensure Specialist for review. 

A complete request for salary lane change evaluation includes:

  • Salary Lane Change Request Form
  • Official transcripts for all completed coursework.

Requests for salary lane change evaluations are accepted on a rolling basis and will not be accepted for review if incomplete.  Salary changes are effective the first day of the next pay period after the request has been approved.  You will receive an email from your assigned Licensure Specialist confirming the change.  Requests made during the summer will be effective the first day of the next school year.
