How often do I need to update my application and references?

HCPSS’ annual application cycle runs each year from October 16 to October 15 the following year.  If you are applying to a candidate pool, you will need to update your application at least once in each application cycle in order to ensure your application remains active. Additionally, you may update your application at any time that your qualifications or experience changes. References should also be updated annually to ensure they are current. New electronic reference surveys are sent each application cycle.
