HCPSS is proud to support all employees as they achieve varying levels of educational attainment. Employee tuition reimbursement is based upon the appropriate bargaining unit negotiated agreement or memorandum of understanding.
Annual compensation is only impacted by educational attainment for employees within the HCAA and HCEA bargaining units. The HCAA and HCEA negotiated agreements contain information regarding increases for educational attainment. HCAA employees receive an annual stipend for a conferred doctoral degree. HCEA employees can submit a salary lane change request form to document educational attainment.
