Do I have to be able to work every day of the summer program?

Note: This help topic is out of date and currently archived.

Yes. Staff are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions and program dates, including mandatory HR onboarding. If an unplanned absence does occur, staff will contact the Summer Programs administrator to request a substitute. Summer pay is based on the employee’s full attendance. Staff are not paid for hours not worked in the program. Additionally, staff working in intervention/recovery programs must work all of the hours stipulated in their Summer Program agreement to receive the $1,000 incentive payment.
