What should a staff member do if they are eligible for an accommodation through the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)?

Staff with a documented disability may qualify for accommodation. All applications for ADA accommodation are considered and decisions are made based upon the facts of the case. 

To request ADA accommodation, please have your medical provider fill out and return the ADA form within 15 days via email to ADA_Coordinator@hcpss.org or fax to (443) 973-5598. Visit the U.S. Department of Labor website to learn more about accommodations.
