When specific school-based vacancies are available, principals will contact candidates directly to schedule interviews. HCPSS does not post available positions by specific location.
 

Do I have to be fingerprinted even if I have been fingerprinted for another agency?

Yes, all new employees must be fingerprinted. A Fingerprinting Authorization Form will be provided by Human Resources to complete the fingerprinting process.The fee for fingerprinting is $51.25. Payment for the fingerprinting will be rendered at the Fingerprinting Office.

You should log into TEACH and select, “Request a Name Change” from the Online Services menu on your Educator Dashboard. 

NOTE: You will be required to provide a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or appropriate court documentation to validate your name change request.

You should visit the HCPSS Staff Hub to access the Salary Lane Change Request form.  Completed forms should be emailed directly to your assigned Licensure Specialist for review.

No – A completed CPD form with signatures from both the course instructor and HCPSS CPD Liaison or Non-Public School Official is required.  An example of a signed CPD form can be viewed here.
